We started as a Direct-to-Consumer company, deliberately operating at scale in real homes. This allowed us to deeply understand how heat pumps, boilers and energy systems actually perform under European conditions: different housing types, grids, climates and user behavior.

Through thousands of real installations, we learned what works, what fails and what needs to be simplified to make systems reliable, efficient and easy to install.
